Interview practice for everyone you prepare for work.

Give your students and job seekers an AI interviewer they can practice with any time, on their phone. Your team sees who started, who is improving, and who needs a person.

For universities and career services first, and for bootcamps, training providers, workforce programs and outplacement firms.

The same question, tried again

“A customer is upset about a refund you can't give. What do you say first?”

First try58Developing
I would stay calm and say sorry, explain the policy, and try to help them as much as I can.
Things to work on

Say what you did once, then what happened.

Third try76Solid, with room to grow
Last spring a customer wanted a refund we could not give. I let her finish, offered an exchange that week, and she came back twice. That month our store had a third fewer complaints.

An example of one learner's first and third try at the same question. The scores and bands are the ones the JOI report uses.

Built for the people who get others ready

One interviewer for every learner, on the phone they already have, as often as they want to try.

Universities and career services

Students practice the interviews their degree leads to, as often as they like, and your career team sees who is ready before placement season, not after it.

Bootcamps and training providers

Every graduate rehearses the interview at the end of the course, not only the ones who ask for a mock.

Workforce and employment programs

Job seekers practice on their own phone, in their own time, with a report after every round.

Outplacement and staffing firms

Prepare people for a client's interview and see who needs another round before you put them forward.

What your learners get

The same JOI that job seekers use on their own, today.

  • An AI interviewer asks, out loud, the questions their kind of work brings.
  • A report in minutes: a score for structure, specifics, communication and role fit, and what to work on next.
  • They try the answer again until it lands. Every round gets its own report.
  • Questions can follow a job description they paste, or the role they pick.
  • It runs in the browser on any phone or laptop. The camera is optional.
  • When they are ready, they record one take, The One, for hiring teams. Hiring teams never see practice.

What your team sees

During a pilot we send your team a cohort report every week: who started, each learner's first score against their latest, and who needs a person.

Learners agree to this when they join your cohort. Your team sees progress and scores, not recordings.

We are building a live view for your team. Until it is ready, the weekly report covers the same ground.

Start with one cohort

  1. Tell us about your cohort

Who your learners are, how many, and when their interviews start.

  2. We set up your invite link

Learners join your cohort with one link, on any phone.

  3. A report every week

For the length of the pilot, with a short note on who needs a person.

Prices depend on the number of learners and how long they need access. Write to us with your numbers and we send a price.

What JOI does not do

  • It does not make hiring decisions. A score is a coaching signal for the learner and your team.
  • It does not help during a real interview.
  • It never shows practice rounds to hiring teams.
  • It does not give your team a learner's recordings.

Questions from program teams

How is a pilot run?

You tell us who the learners are and how many. We set up one invite link for your cohort, your learners practice on their phones, and we send your team a report every week for the length of the pilot.

What does my team see?

Who started, each learner's first and latest score, the part of their answers they find hardest, and who needs a person. Your team does not see recordings.

Which roles does it cover?

Interviews follow the role a learner picks or the job description they paste, from first jobs to experienced roles. Interviews run in English.

Do learners need a laptop or an app?

No. JOI runs in the browser on any phone or laptop with a microphone. There is nothing to install, and the camera is optional.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of learners and how long they need access. A pilot is priced for one cohort. Write to us with your numbers and we send a price.

Can learners keep using JOI after the pilot?

Yes. Every learner keeps their account and the free plan: 20 minutes of practice and two recorded takes a month.
