How Just One Interview works
You give one voice interview to an AI agent, from your phone, in the language you are strongest in. It gets scored. We then take that interview and its score to hiring teams who are hiring for roles that fit you. There is nothing to apply to and no form to fill in twice.
Practice first as many times as you want. Practice is never recorded and never leaves your device session.
What is Just One Interview?
Just One Interview is a service where a candidate records a single structured interview with an AI agent, receives a score, and has that interview shown to hiring teams. It is not a place where roles are posted and you send your name to each one. The interview is the thing that travels.
The idea comes from a simple observation about hiring. Almost every company runs the same opening round: tell me about yourself, walk me through your experience, describe a hard situation you handled. Candidates answer those questions again and again, for every company, and the answers barely change. Only the audience changes.
What happens, step by step
There are three stages: practice, the recorded take, and what happens after. Each one is separate, and only the middle one is kept.
- Practice. You talk to the same agent, with your camera on so it feels real. Nothing is saved. Do this as many times as you like.
- The take. When you are ready, you record once. This is the interview that gets scored and seen.
- After. Your interview and score go to hiring teams who are hiring for roles that fit you. We ask you before anything goes to anyone.
How is the interview scored?
Your spoken answers are transcribed and then scored against what the role needs. The score looks at whether an answer addresses the question, whether it contains a concrete example, and whether the reasoning holds together. It does not score your accent, your speed, or how many long words you use.
The same questions and the same scoring guide are used for everyone giving that interview. That is the practical difference from a human first round, where the outcome can move with the mood, memory or calendar pressure of the person on the call.
What does a hiring team see?
A hiring team sees your recorded interview, your score, and your strongest moments. They do not see your practice rounds, your weaker takes, or any coaching notes. Those stay private, permanently.
| Shown to hiring teams | Never shown |
|---|---|
| Your recorded take | Every practice round |
| Your score for the role | Takes you chose not to submit |
| Your strongest answers | Coaching notes written for you |
Is it free?
Recording is free. You can practice and record your interview without paying anything. You get two takes a month, and a take that breaks because of a technical problem does not count against that.
What about the visa, if the job is abroad?
That part is between you and the team that hires you. In the Gulf states, the employer sponsors the work permit, so it is the hiring company that starts that process once they want you. We handle the interview and the introduction, nothing beyond it.
We do not give immigration advice and we are not an agent for any visa process. If a guide here touches on visas, it is only to explain who normally does what.
Who is this for?
It suits people who are being screened repeatedly for similar roles and are tired of repeating themselves. Sales, customer support, retail, hospitality and office roles across India and the Gulf are where most of the interviews we run sit today.
If you want to see the kinds of roles a single interview can cover, the roles page shows them. There is nothing there to send your name to, which is the point.
