Terms and Conditions

The service

Just One Interview lets you practise interviews by voice with an AI agent, read a feedback report after each round, and record one interview, called The One, that can be shown to hiring teams.

We work to put your recorded interview in front of teams that are hiring. We do not promise a job, a reply from an employer, or any hiring result.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use the service.
• The details you give us must be true and must be your own.
• Keep one account per person. We may close extra accounts that were made to get more free rounds.
• You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Tell us at once if someone else has used your account.

Plans and payments

The Free plan and the Pro plan, and what each one includes, are shown on the Pricing page. The price you see there on the day you pay is the price you are charged.

• In India, Pro is billed in rupees every month and renews until you cancel.
• Outside India, Pro is a single payment in US dollars for 30 days. Nothing renews by itself.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number.
• If we change a price, the change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

Your interviews and your content

Your answers, your CV and your recorded interview belong to you. You give us permission to store them and to process them, including with the AI and speech services we use, so that we can run the interview, write your feedback report and show your progress.

When you record The One, you also give us permission to show that recording, its transcript and its score to hiring teams, and to anyone who has a share link that you created. Practice rounds are not shown to hiring teams.

You can ask us to delete your account and your content at any time. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why.

Fair use

You agree that you will not:

• use the service for anything unlawful;
• pretend to be another person, or have another person give your interview for you;
• upload anything you do not have the right to share;
• copy, scrape or resell the service, its questions or its reports;
• try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.

AI feedback

Scores and feedback are produced by AI. They are meant to help you prepare. They can contain mistakes, and they are not professional, legal or career advice. An employer may judge your interview differently from the way our report does.

Our content

The site, the app, the interview questions, the guides and the design belong to Just One Interview or to those who license them to us. You may use them for your own personal preparation. You may not republish or sell them.

Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features, and the service may be unavailable at times. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Just One Interview is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income or a lost job opportunity, that comes from using the service or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms removes a right that the law says cannot be removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
