Can we set our own ready score?
Yes. Each cohort has a readiness line, 75 by default, and the dashboard counts who has crossed it.
Can graduates practice for a specific employer?
Yes. Paste the employer's job description, or add it to the cohort, and the questions follow it.
How long do graduates keep access?
For the length you choose per cohort. After that they keep their account on the free plan.
Can we share ready graduates with employers?
Graduates record The One when they are ready, and choose whether it goes to employers. Your team sees who has recorded.
