Cohort dashboard

Every learner, every try, one view.

Every practice round is scored on the same four skills, so progress is something you can see, not something you ask about.

Who started

The roster fills as learners join. The ones who have not started get a reminder in one tap.

Who is improving

Each learner's score by try, with the four skills underneath and the line you set as ready. Across the cohort, first try against latest.

Who needs a person

Flags for no start, no progress on one skill, and no recent practice, each with the reason and a next step: a nudge, a check-in, a session with a coach.

Where the cohort is weakest

The four skills by week, so a workshop goes where the whole cohort needs it.

The four skills, the same every round

  • Structure: does the answer have a clear beginning, middle and end.
  • Specifics: real examples, real numbers, what they actually did.
  • Communication: clear, concise, easy to follow.
  • Role fit: how well the answer matches the role they are practicing for.

Questions from program teams

How is the score worked out?

Each answer is scored on structure, specifics, communication and role fit. The round score combines them, and the report says what to work on.

Can we change the ready line?

Yes. Each cohort has its own, 75 by default.

Who can see the dashboard?
